AGREEMENT BETWEEN USER AND GAINESVILLE MOBILE NOTARY
Welcome to mobilenotarygainesvillefl.com. The Gainesville Mobile Notary website (the “Site”) is comprised of various web pages operated by Gainesville Mobile Notary. The Site is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein (the “Terms”). Your use of the Site constitutes your agreement to all such Terms. Please read these terms carefully.
1. NOTARY PUBLIC DISCLAIMER (IMPORTANT)
Gainesville Mobile Notary and its individual notaries are NOT attorneys licensed to practice law in the State of Florida. We are not allowed to draft legal documents, give advice on legal matters, or advise you on the legal implications of the documents being notarized.
We do not verify the truthfulness or legality of the contents of the documents.
We only verify the identity of the signers and their willingness to sign.
Use of this Site or our services does not create an attorney-client relationship.
2. SERVICE PROVISIONS & FEES
Travel Fees: By booking a mobile notary service, you acknowledge that a travel fee may be charged even if the notarization cannot be completed due to signer non-appearance, lack of proper identification, or the signer's manifest lack of capacity or willingness.
Identification: It is the user's responsibility to ensure all signers have valid, government-issued photo identification as required by Florida Statutes Chapter 117.
3. PRIVACY & ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS
Your use of the Site is subject to Gainesville Mobile Notary’s Privacy Policy. Visiting the Site or sending emails constitutes electronic communications. You consent to receive electronic communications and agree that all agreements, notices, and disclosures provided to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
4. ACCESSIBILITY & THIRD-PARTY LINKS
Gainesville Mobile Notary is committed to digital accessibility. The Site may contain links to "Linked Sites" (such as Google Maps). We do not control and are not responsible for the contents or the accessibility standards of any Linked Site. 5. NO UNLAWFUL OR PROHIBITED USE
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the Site. You warrant to Gainesville Mobile Notary that you will not use the Site for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms. All content on this site (text, logos, graphics) is the property of Gainesville Mobile Notary and is protected by copyright laws.
6. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Gainesville Mobile Notary, its owners, and employees for any losses, costs, or liabilities (including reasonable attorneys' fees) relating to your use of or inability to use the Site or services, your violation of any terms of this Agreement, or your violation of any applicable Florida laws regarding the documents you present for notarization.
7. LIABILITY DISCLAIMER
THE INFORMATION AND SERVICES INCLUDED IN THE SITE MAY INCLUDE INACCURACIES. GAINESVILLE MOBILE NOTARY MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS ABOUT THE SUITABILITY, RELIABILITY, OR ACCURACY OF THE INFORMATION FOR ANY PURPOSE. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALL SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. GAINESVILLE MOBILE NOTARY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF THE SITE OR THE PERFORMANCE OF NOTARIAL ACTS BEYOND THE FEES PAID FOR SAID SERVICES.
8. TERMINATION / ACCESS RESTRICTION
Gainesville Mobile Notary reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to the Site at any time, without notice. This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
