If we missed something (The Grievance Process)
If you’ve run into a persistent problem that we haven't been able to fix through a quick chat, we have a formal process to make sure it gets the attention it deserves:
- Tell us the details: Send us an email or letter letting us know exactly where you got stuck.
- We’ll confirm: We’ll let you know we received your message within 2 business days.
- We’ll investigate: Within 10 business days, we will look into the technical cause and get back to you with a solution or a workaround.
- Not satisfied? If you feel our response didn't solve the issue, just let us know. Our owner will personally review the case to find a way forward.
